This request if for a new iPad and Apple Pen to be more mobile around my classroom. For example, I have an Apple TV but my iPad is outdated and not able to let me write and/or highlight text such as primary sources, etc. Therefore, this leaves me tied to my desk and my computer for teaching. It would be great to have a hand held device for better visuals for students about what we are doing in class.
We are in need of quality headphones for our piano lab. With fifteen piano students practicing at once it is necessary for them to use headphones in order to avoid disturbing the other students. Please help us with this project so all of our students can experience learning the piano with the true beauty of sound as it should be.
I would like to have a MicroSight 5MP Microscope. This will hook to my computer for a quick viewing of the microscopic world, where the image can be shared with my students and even saved for later viewing. This would be an excellent addition to my life science classroom. Here is a link so you may check out the requested microscope: https://www.southernsciencesupply.com/shop/microsight-5mp-10-200x-basic-set/
This grant would purchase a one-year subscription to digital learning games that first grade students in Mrs. Anderson's class can play on the classroom Smart Board or on individual tablets. The games are fully editable, so Mrs. Anderson can differentiate learning goals for each student or group of students.

This grant would fund the opportunity for four 1st grade classes (72 students) to see an educational IMAX movie on an upcoming field trip to the McWane Center. This will be a unique opportunity for students, as they will learn about a 1st grade science standard through the IMAX movie which is shown in a dome-like theater, making what they see and hear come to life.
